Project Overview

Autodesk London is a major event in the calender for Autodesk where around 1,000 people per day attend Autodesk’s event.


The event is split into multiple sections which included a Keynote/Plenary, around 20 Breakouts, around 20 meeting rooms/spaces, 4 classrooms each with 80 computers, two exhibition halls and a large number of activations around the site.


I was responsible for delivering the project from pitch, stage right the way through to delivery, post-production and project reconciliation.
