Project Overview

British Airways have been making huge changes to their corporate strategy for the last few years, and part of this project was to work with BA’s Communications team implement the new corporate messaging to BA’s colleagues – and encourage collaboration. 


The brief was to take 44,000 of British Airways’ colleagues through an immersive, informative, fun experience which would not only inform the colleagues of how BA operates and the new corporate strategy – but also to encourage teamwork and interaction between different areas of the business.
